Who we are
Lunify is a French product-driven development studio. This policy explains how we collect, process and protect your personal data when you visit lunify.fr or contact us. We comply with the GDPR (Regulation 2016/679) and the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978 (modified).
Data we collect
We only collect what is strictly necessary: identification data (name, email) and project context when you contact us via the form or email; technical data (IP address, browser, pages visited) for security and analytics — only if you accept analytics cookies.
Why we process it
Replying to your request (legitimate interest / pre-contract), providing our services (contract performance), improving the site (consent for analytics), and complying with legal obligations. We never sell your data and never share it with third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
Contact data: 3 years from the last interaction with Lunify. Technical analytics data: 14 months maximum (Google Analytics 4 default). Cookieless audience data (Vercel Web Analytics): not stored beyond the daily anonymised aggregate.
Sub-processors
We use a small set of trusted providers: Vercel Inc. (hosting and cookieless web analytics — United States), Google LLC (Google Analytics 4 — United States), Google Calendar (appointment booking — United States). Each one is GDPR-compliant and bound by a data processing agreement.
Transfers outside the European Union
Some of our sub-processors (Vercel, Google) are established in the United States. These transfers are framed by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (European Commission adequacy decision of 10 July 2023) and, as an additional safeguard, by the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission. No transfer occurs outside this framework.
Cookies and trackers
Detailed information on each cookie and tracker used by lunify.fr — name, issuer, purpose and duration — is available on our dedicated cookies page, accessible from the « Cookies » link in the footer. You can review and change your choices at any time from there.
Withdrawing your consent
You can withdraw your consent at any time, with no justification needed. Open our cookies page (« Cookies » link in the footer) and click « Manage my preferences » to reopen the consent banner and update your choices. Withdrawal takes effect immediately for future tracking and does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have a right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection to the processing of your data. Email contact@lunify.fr to exercise any right — we reply within 30 days. If you consider your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés, 3 Place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, France — cnil.fr).
Data Protection Officer
Given the size of our team and the limited scope of personal data we process, Lunify has not designated a Data Protection Officer (DPO). All data protection requests are handled directly by the management at contact@lunify.fr.
